Antenatal Breastfeeding Class – $180
The Lactation Network provides evidence-based, contemporary breastfeeding advice and education in the antenatal period. These classes are designed to provide both you and your partner the information you need to ensure the best possible start to your breastfeeding journey.

This class explores the following topics
- Normal breast changes in pregnancy and how to prepare for feeding
- How your body naturally produces breastmilk
- The importance of skin-to-skin contact and your baby’s first feed
- Positioning and latch techniques to support comfortable and effective feeding
- What to expect in the first few days after birth
- Guidance on expressing and storing breastmilk safely
- Managing common early challenges and when to seek help
- The impact of medications and diet on breastfeeding
- Ongoing community support services available in your area
This class provides practical, evidence-based information to help you feel supported and ready for your breastfeeding experience. These will be held at the Eternal Women’s Health Studio and your partners are welcome to attend.
